A new customised solution designed by Omipa's experts
In June 2024, Omipa successfully completed the testing of its fifth extrusion line of the year: a new PP Hollow Profile extrusion line, small but mighty, designed by Omipa’s engineers for a leading British corrugated polypropylene company.
This line will allow the company to increase its production by 3-4 times with 40% less energy consumption per tonne of material produced.
Main features of the line:
Designed to meet the demands of an ever-evolving market, this line stands out for its compact size, speed, and flexibility.Ā It is ideal for producing high-quality polypropylene hollow profiles useful width 1300 mm and thicknesses range 2-4 (6) mm.
The line has also the following features:
āļøĀ Ā New OM120 extruder screw profile for optimizing the mixing of recycled materials with various MFI;
āļøĀ Ā New calibration plate cooling system with high fluid circulation speed;
āļøĀ Ā New high-efficiency cooler;
