Introducing our latest masterpiece: a fully customized extrusion line for the production of sheet and foil in ABS and HIPS material tailored to meet our customer’s technical specifications!
Main features of the lines:
- Useful width: 1900 – 1200 mm
- Extruders: OM150+OM75
- Thickness range: 1 – 5 mm
This state-of-the-art machine, designed for a major international manufacturer of household appliances, comes complete with both a winding unit for foils and a stacking system for sheets, providing smooth automation from start to finish.
Our in-house software is meticulously developed to ensure optimal performance and efficiency, perfectly aligning with our customer’s special requirements.
The line is also equipped with an in-line tilting system:
- Designed from scratch by our expert team;
- Integrated directly into the production line for time-saving convenience;
- Streamlining operations and making job easier for the operators;
