A Fully Independent Multi-Layer Co-Extrusion System
The line is equipped with a state-of-the-art co-extrusion setup, where three independent extruders manage each layer separately, enabling the production of sheets with up to five layers (CBABC configuration).
Thanks to this architecture, each layer can be adjusted without influencing the others, ensuring full control over:
- layer percentages,
- finishing and optical properties,
- overall mechanical performance.
This flexibility is particularly valuable in applications requiring UV protection, impact resistance, dimensional stability, and long-term durability.
